The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and maintaining executive calendars.
  • Preparing reports, memos, and other documents of a confidential nature.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Coordinating and preparing materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences.
  • Handling executive communications and call screening.
  • Assisting with project tracking, research, and data compilation.
  • Organizing and maintaining files, records, and contact databases.
  • Maintaining discretion and confidentiality throughout the role.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
