Job Overview

This position involves managing the day-to-day administrative functions, ensuring efficient coordination and compliance with policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Record and track assets movements accurately.
  2. Coordinate events and meetings both internally and externally.
  3. Maintain and update departmental records regularly.
  4. Ensure adherence to admin policies and procedures within the department and by relevant authorities.
  5. Process all admin material purchases via Purchase Order (PO) process.
  6. Collaborate with external vendors to formulate deeds, contracts, and agreements.
  7. Monitor and control expenses related to dues, bills, rents, and government charges.
  8. Maintain relationships with government departments and other stakeholders.
  9. Take charge of managerial responsibilities in the absence of the manager admin & security.
  10. Participate in other tasks assigned by the head of admin.
  11. Lead and support housekeeping, transport, canteen, and other administrative activities.
  12. Manage the submission and processing of bills and invoices efficiently.
  13. Provide guidance to assistant managers and subordinate staff on routine tasks.
