We're seeking an EIR to spearhead innovative market opportunities and drive the launch of high-margin digital-first ventures.

The ideal candidate will identify untapped customer pain points, develop business models, and analyze market sizes to inform go-to-market strategies.

1. Market Opportunity Identification: Discover Jobs To Be Done, customer pain points, and business models for new high-margin digital-first companies. Develop a deep understanding of problems, target audiences, and market potential.
2. Value Proposition and Go-to-Market Strategy: Define the value proposition, go-to-market strategy, roadmap, and financial model. Include unit economics, scaling levers, and success metrics for 1-3 years.
3. Minimum Lovable Product/Service (MLP/S) Development: Launch and iterate on the MLP/S using low/no code tools. Measure key performance indicators that drive growth.
4. Interim Founder Support: Provide interim leadership until external talent is hired. Offer support during venture development and recruit top-notch candidates.
5. Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

1. Bias for Action: Demonstrate urgency and focus. Be pragmatic, decisive, and results-driven. Identify one-way door vs revolving door decisions.
2. Courage Under Fire: Thrive in high-ownership roles and get hands-on experience. Manage the full cycle from idea triage to pitching recommendations to stakeholders.
