Senior Project Lead

We require a skilled Senior Project Lead to oversee our software development projects and drive them towards successful completion.

Job Summary:

  • This role involves leading cross-functional teams and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, particularly in the Accounting industry.
  • You will be responsible for developing project plans, coordinating with stakeholders, and mitigating project risks.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  2. Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to gather project requirements and ensure efficient communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  3. Manage and mitigate project risks, resolving issues and conflicts when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a project management role, preferably in the Accounting industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
