We are currently seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to support our software development lifecycle.

Job Specification
  • A solid background in quality assurance and business analysis is crucial for success. The ideal candidate should have a thorough understanding of structured quality assurance methodologies, use case definition, quality attributes, and business process flows.
  • Development and project management experience is highly desirable.
  • The successful applicant will have extensive web-based application quality assurance experience.
  • Strong project and time management skills with the ability to meet assigned timelines and manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential.
  • Flexibility and adaptability are necessary to thrive in an innovative environment with shifting priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for consultation with clients and vendors are required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also expected.
  • The selected candidate must be able to extend their workday and/or respond to emergency calls as needed.
  • Ability to draft quality assurance test plans to validate business requirements is mandatory.
  • Experienced in proactive risk management and mitigation, the ideal candidate will also be skilled in organizing and facilitating project and quality assurance review meetings.
  • Furthermore, they should be able to lead teams and create a productive teamwork environment.

A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with minimum 1-2 years of quality assurance experience, is required for this role.
