Job Summary

The QA Manager role is responsible for driving quality assurance initiatives and developing processes to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate call center performance against set standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Mentor call center agents to enhance their skills and knowledge, leading to increased productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues and implement effective solutions.

To succeed in this position, you will require a minimum of two years' experience in call center management and a solid understanding of call center technologies and software.

A strong background in BPO operations and quality assurance principles is also essential.
