Accounting Professional

We are seeking an experienced Accounting professional to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting principles, financial regulations, and taxation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
  2. Prepare and analyze financial statements, monthly reports, and budget variances to provide insights for decision-making.
  3. Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice verification and payments.
  4. Monitor accounts receivable and collections, ensuring timely payments from customers.
  5. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax returns.
  6. Perform regular tax assessments and provide recommendations for tax optimization.
  7. Assist in internal and external audits, providing documentation and explanations as required.
  8. Oversee payroll processing, including accurate calculations, deductions, and compliance with labor laws.
  9. Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely payments and resolving any financial disputes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably in the telecommunications or ISP industry.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and taxation.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
