Software Engineering Leadership

Our organization seeks a skilled software engineer to spearhead our development team's efforts. This individual will leverage their expertise in designing and executing enterprise-class products, while fostering strong technical leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop software architecture and applications adhering to industry best practices.
  • Mentor team members to enhance ongoing skills development.
  • Efficiently troubleshoot code-level problems.
  • Provide architectural blueprints and technical guidance to our development teams.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes for optimal product quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technology and product roadmap discussions.
  • Participate in code review, refactoring, and improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of experience in designing and executing enterprise-class products.
  • 3+ years of experience in software development, including proficiency in Microsoft Technologies (.NET / .NET Core, Web Services), Web technologies (ReactJS, Typescript, KenduUI, CSS, HTML), Enterprise Applications (Microservices, Containers, Service orchestration), Database (SQL Server), and Others (Git, GitFlow, Linux).
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to perform well in fast-paced, deadline-oriented, agile environments.
  • Self-motivated, quick learner, and responsive team player.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
