Administrative Support Role

This job entails delivering exceptional administrative support to our UK operations.

  • Responsibilities include handling tenancy renewals, scheduling property inspections and meetings, ensuring legal documents are up-to-date, drafting and sending emails/letters, conducting compliance checks for tenant move-ins, and performing thorough referencing using our systems.

  • You will also prepare tenancy agreements through our online portal, serve as the first point of contact for maintenance requests, liaise with tenants, landlords, and contractors to resolve issues, obtain quotes, coordinate approvals, and schedule contractors. Additionally, you will generate invoices and maintain records using our internal system.

  • Key objectives of this role include ensuring smooth administrative operations, delivering timely communication, and maintaining an efficient digital workspace.

Requirements:

  • English Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English skills are essential for success in this role.

  • Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in a call centre, BPO, or customer service role is preferred.

  • Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are necessary for managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
