To support and assist in overseeing the daily administrative operations of the organization. This role involves managing office services, supervising administrative staff, and ensuring efficient and effective administrative processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing administrative projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate project activities, timelines, and resources, keeping all stakeholders informed of progress.
  • Monitor project progress, address any issues that arise, and report status to management.
  • Assist in developing and implementing administration policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Assist in managing the administration budget, including tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Oversee the management of office facilities, including space planning, health and safety compliance, and security. Coordinate with building management and service providers to ensure a safe and efficient workplace.
  • Ensure inward and outward gate passes are processed through ERP and advanced as per market practices.
  • Manage the security team and set SOPs according to market best practices.
  • Manage vendor agreements and quotations as per standards.
  • Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Ensure social compliance of employees, including PESSI and EOBI requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the office.
  • Handle employee uniforms and ensure adherence to the uniform policy.
  • Maintain office equipment, coordinate repairs and maintenance as needed.
  • Maintain the company's housekeeping and cleanliness standards.
  • Coordinate with government agencies such as police, irrigation department, Punjab Worker Welfare Department, PESSI, EOBI, Lesco Wapda, Punjab Food Authority, Dengue Department, and Labour Court.

Requirements:

  • Graduation/BBA/MBA in Human Resource Management or Public Administration.
  • 3-4 years of hands-on experience, preferably in the textile industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), in-page, and MS Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude with multitasking abilities.
