Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive professional to manage our online presence and handle customer interactions professionally.

  • Manage and update our company pages on Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp Business
  • Create and post advertisements, updates, and promotional content
  • Respond promptly to customer messages, comments, and inquiries
  • Handle incoming calls and maintain a professional tone with clients
  • Keep daily records of leads and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with the management team on marketing and communication strategies
  • Design simple visuals for social media using Canva or similar tools

Our ideal candidate will have proven experience in social media marketing and customer communication. Excellent handling of Facebook Ads, WhatsApp Business, and Instagram is required. Good communication skills in Urdu and basic English are necessary. Familiarity with Canva or basic graphic editing tools is also required. Self-motivation, punctuality, and responsibility are expected from the ideal candidate.

Responsibilities
