About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team for home phlebotomy services in Pakistan.
Main Responsibilities:
- Verify each patient's identification and check lab test requisition slips to ensure accurate sample collection.
- Perform gentle vein puncture procedures to collect blood samples and label containers correctly.
- Follow safety protocols, including disposing of sharp objects and maintaining a clean work area.
- Explain phlebotomy procedures to patients for special and routine lab tests.
- Make home visits to collect patient samples as needed.
Key Requirements:
- Gentle and accurate vein puncture skills.
- Ability to verify patient identities and follow lab protocols.
- Strong communication skills to explain phlebotomy procedures.
