Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of employees, as well as implementing HR policies and procedures.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
  • Maintain employee records and prepare HR reports
  • Stay updated on relevant labor laws and industry trends

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven work experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of HR functions and best practices
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in using HR software and MS Office
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
