- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Oversee the onboarding process for new employees
- Plan and deliver training and development programs
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
- Maintain employee records and prepare HR reports
- Stay updated on relevant labor laws and industry trends
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Proven work experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of HR functions and best practices
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in using HR software and MS Office
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
