Job Title: Sales Automation Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished sales automation expert to spearhead our company's efforts in optimizing sales processes through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.

  • Develop and maintain sales automation workflows, leveraging expertise in Power BI and SQL Reporting Services to create intuitive dashboards and reports.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and consistency, designing optimal processes and procedures to support end-users.

  • Design and implement automated reporting solutions, utilizing expertise in MS Excel and database management to meet ad-hoc reporting requirements.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continually assessing and refining sales automation processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering discipline.
  • Experience with application support and development, including complementary applications and testing.
  • Hands-on experience with dashboard design in Power BI.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and database management.
  • Intermediate-level experience with writing queries.
  • Project management experience preferred.
