Optimizing customer success is a dynamic and analytical field where professionals play a key role in streamlining processes and automation to ensure seamless interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for an analytical professional who can identify trends and areas for improvement by analyzing customer success data.

The ideal candidate will develop reports and dashboards to track key customer success metrics, working closely with our customer success managers to understand their needs and identify process optimization opportunities.

A successful candidate will monitor the sales-to-customer-success handoff process, identify areas for improvement, and automate tasks and workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual workloads.

Candidate must have strong analytical skills and data analysis experience, familiarity with customer success metrics and processes, and experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential, as well as a tech-savvy mindset and automation expertise.

Additionally, we require a Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, or Mathematics and 1-3 years of experience in customer success, operations, or a related field.
