Administrative Support Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Receptionist Incharge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and accounts.

Your primary duties will include supervising reception staff in their daily activities, actively managing the reception and service desks, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed.

To excel in this position, you should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have basic computer proficiency.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage billings and accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Supervise and guide reception staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
    • Assist with administrative tasks, including answering calls and managing correspondence.
    • Organize documents and maintain accurate records.
