About the Role

As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing key HR elements across the lifecycle for colleagues in a subset of our locations.

  • You will oversee the administration of essential HR processes and programs, actively supporting risk management to protect our firm and its members.

This includes supporting colleagues from onboarding through development and separation, managing lifecycle events, and providing guidance to colleagues with supervisory responsibilities, including performance management support.

You will address HR inquiries, escalate issues as needed, conduct regular audits and analyses, and serve as a trusted source of information.

You will independently manage various efforts, including onboarding and offboarding, HR event ownership, and administration of programs such as role changes, rotations, mobility, and alternative working arrangements.

Additionally, you will handle communication, ad hoc personnel analysis, and rep letters.

You will be accountable for HR standards and data management, bringing an audit mindset and leveraging HR operations support.

You will also provide advice and counsel to office leadership on a full range of HR issues and policies, leading HR analyses as necessary.

Your Qualifications and Skills
  • You should have a university degree preferably in HR or a related field.
  • With 4+ years of general HR experience, you will be familiar with HR/people systems (e.g., SAP, People Central).

  • You should have strong problem-solving and multi-tasking capabilities, outstanding organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent project management skills and exemplary judgment, discretion, and professionalism are required.
  • Ability to deal with people in a fair, inclusive, and consistent manner is crucial.
