We are a fast-growing company looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our AI-powered customer engagement solutions, and scheduling product demos.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our AI-powered customer engagement solutions.
  • Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
  • Meet and exceed targets for demo bookings and sales conversions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales or business development role.
  • Native or near-native English proficiency with exceptional communication skills.
  • Proven ability to book appointments and close deals.
  • Experience with CRM is required.
  • Must have a personal laptop and be able to work flexible hours.
  • Immediate availability to start.
