BCM Leadership Role

A senior leadership position responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive Business Continuity Management (BCM) system within an ISO 22301 framework.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and implementation of business continuity plans, procedures, and documentation to ensure alignment with ISO 22301 standards.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities to business operations and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Analyze business impact and conduct regular reviews to ensure the effectiveness of continuity measures.
- Establish and manage incident response, crisis management, and disaster recovery frameworks to minimize downtime and optimize recovery.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Continuity Management, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Certification in Business Continuity Management (e.g., CBCP - Certified Business Continuity Professional) is highly desirable.
- At least 2 years of experience in developing, implementing, and managing business continuity plans within an ISO 22301 framework.
- Strong understanding of risk management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to business continuity.
