We are looking for a highly skilled Associate Consultant to join our team in implementing and managing Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS) that meet ISO 22301 standards.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Implement and review BCMS to ensure alignment with ISO 22301 standards.
  • Support business impact analysis (BIA) and risk assessment exercises to identify and mitigate potential threats.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
  • Test and simulate business continuity readiness to ensure the organization's ability to respond effectively.
  • Support the development of BCMS policies, procedures, and compliance reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Security, Business Continuity, or related field.
  • Professional certifications such as ISO 22301 Foundation (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1-2 years' experience in BCMS or IT governance-related roles.
  • Knowledge of ISO 22301 business continuity planning, risk assessment, and resilience strategies.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong documentation, report writing, and research skills.
