Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished Business Development Representative to join our sales and business development function. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by engaging with prospective clients, qualifying leads, and generating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Make high volumes of outbound calls daily to engage decision makers in persuasive conversations to introduce company services
- Qualify leads by identifying client needs and potential fit
- Schedule appointments or follow-up calls for senior sales staff
- Log all activities and conversations accurately in the CRM system
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach
- Follow up on warm leads and nurture prospects until they are ready for conversion
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine scripts and improve outreach strategies
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in lead generation, business development or inside sales
- Strong background in outbound prospecting, cold calling or tele sales
- Hands-on experience with CRMs and proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace
- Quick learner with adaptability to new platforms and digital tools
- High attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
This is a mid-senior level full-time role.
