We are seeking a Business Development Executive having extensive experience in telesales and telemarketing of IT products/services in the US or European Market.

">Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create interest in products and services, generate new business leads, and arrange requests/meetings.
  2. Promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  3. IDentify and generate new leads through Networking, LinkedIn, technical communities, forum postings, and other online sources.
  4. Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  5. Work to monthly KPIs and targets.
  6. Execute a consultative sales strategy and manage the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation to close.
  7. Update prospect interactions and statuses in Excel/CRM to ensure efficient lead management.

About the Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a business or related field, 2-5 years of sales experience with a minimum of 2 years B2B lead generation, and a consistent track record of meeting and exceeding quota targets.

  1. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a business or related field.
  2. 2-5 years of sales experience with a minimum of 2 years B2B lead generation.
  3. A passion and proven track record for driving the full sales lifecycle including prospecting, lead generation, contact, presentation, relationship building, negotiating, and closing.
  4. Proven ability to work independently, take an ownership approach for sales, marketing, and areas of responsibility, and develop plans and programs to help achieve goals.
  5. Exceptional communication skills.
  6. High level of enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and highly self-motivated.
  7. Fast learner with a background in IT and IT enabled Product/Services preferred.
