Senior Systems Integration Specialist

We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Systems Integration Specialist to join our team. This is a strategic role, responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end solutions for Business Support Systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and design comprehensive architectures for CRM billing charging, and order management systems.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Translate business needs into scalable and future-proof technical solutions.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Business Support Systems with Operational Support Systems, network systems, and third-party platforms.
  • Lead solution design and provide guidance to development and QA teams.
  • Establish architectural principles to incorporate emerging technologies such as 5G, AI, ML, and cloud-native platforms.
  • Define and implement migration strategies for legacy Business Support Systems to modern environments.
  • Act as the main technical point of contact for executives and stakeholders.
  • Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and mentor technical teams.
  • Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and regulatory standards.
Requirements

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a related IT field, and a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in integration engineer or solution architect roles.

  • Proven expertise in telecom Business Support Systems, including charging, billing, and mediation.
  • Hands-on experience with solution architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF.
  • Strong understanding of protocols, including Diameter, SS7, SIP, SOAP, and REST APIs.
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, cloud platforms, and container orchestration tools, such as Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of integration technologies, microservices, and cloud-native design.
  • Familiarity with data security, compliance, and governance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to guide and mentor teams and manage cross-functional collaboration.
