Job Title: Enterprise Architect

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Enterprise Architect. This position plays a pivotal part in designing and implementing end-to-end solutions for telecom Business Support Systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and design comprehensive BSS architectures, encompassing CRM, billing, charging, and order management systems
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements
  • Translate business needs into scalable and future-proof technical solutions
  • Ensure seamless integration of BSS systems with OSS, network systems, and third-party platforms
  • Lead solution design and provide guidance to development and QA teams
  • Establish architectural principles to incorporate emerging technologies such as 5G, AI, ML, and cloud-native platforms
  • Define and implement migration strategies for legacy BSS systems to modern environments
  • Act as the main technical point of contact for executives and stakeholders
  • Conduct knowledge sharing sessions and mentor technical teams
  • Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and regulatory standards
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and best practices across projects

You will bring:

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering or related IT field
  • Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in integration engineer or solution architect roles
  • Proven expertise in telecom BSS platforms including charging, billing, and mediation
  • Hands-on experience with solution architecture frameworks such as TOGAF
  • Strong understanding of protocols including Diameter, SS7, SIP, SOAP, and REST APIs
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, cloud platforms, and container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes
  • Knowledge of integration technologies, microservices, and cloud-native design
  • Familiarity with data security, compliance, and governance requirements
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to guide and mentor teams and manage cross-functional collaboration
  • Certifications in TOGAF, ITIL, TM Forum, or specific BSS platforms are preferred
