Job Overview

The primary role of this position is to operate commercial flights in a safe, efficient, and responsible manner. As the captain of an A320 aircraft, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of flight plans, adhering to regulatory requirements, and maintaining the highest level of safety standards.

This involves flying the aircraft from one destination to another, according to scheduled flight plans, while prioritizing the safety and comfort of passengers. Additionally, you will support the flight and cabin crew in their duties, handle emergency situations effectively, and maintain control over the flight to ensure successful performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Flying the aircraft in accordance with Company Operational Manual and CAA regulations.
  • Ensuring the safety and security of passengers and crew.
  • Maintaining control over the flight to ensure successful performance.
  • Supporting the flight and cabin crew in their duties.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2000 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC).
  • A minimum of 800 hours PIC on A320 family.
  • A minimum of 5000 hours total flying experience.
  • Preferring candidates with training experience.
  • Valid licenses, Class 1 medical certificate, and Instrument Rating (IR).
  • Valid English Language Proficiency (ELP) certification above level 4.
  • CPL/ATPL license (preferred).
  • Passing technical and psychometric assessments and Medical Fitness Check according to Company/CAA standards.
  • Formal qualification in safety and emergency response is an advantage.
  • Basic airport security procedures and regulations training is an advantage.
  • Crew Resource Management training is an advantage.
  • IATA security principles and standards are an advantage.
  • Proficient in aircraft systems, Microsoft Office, internet/web search, technical report writing, and presentations.
  • Low-cost airlines experience is highly desirable but not mandatory.
