Job Summary

This role involves delivering impactful training and professional learning experiences. You will facilitate engaging live and virtual sessions, support ongoing learner development, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure exceptional outcomes.


This role combines high-energy facilitation, individualized support, program management, and instructional refinement to meet evolving business needs.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting live virtual webinars and interactive training sessions on systems, processes, workflows, and soft skills.
  • Facilitating role-specific onboarding, orientation, and customer-specific training for new hires.
  • Leading live call-handling and patient interaction simulations.
  • Delivering professional learning aligned with adult learning principles.
  • Conducting one-on-one check-ins to track progress and offer personalized coaching.
  • Responding promptly to learner and stakeholder queries.
  • Providing actionable feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Partnering with Talent Success Managers (TSMs) and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to resolve performance issues and risk cases.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A bachelor's degree.
  • 3–5+ years' experience in talent development, training delivery, facilitation, or related roles.
  • Solid understanding of healthcare workflows and compliance standards preferred.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills for both live and virtual settings.
  • High energy, extroverted presence, and ability to motivate learners in dynamic environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency with collaboration tools, learning management systems, and technology platforms.
