Key Responsibilities
  • Ensuring accurate invoicing and maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Developing feasible recovery strategies in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Issuing correct invoices and ensuring timely recovery from clients.
  • Maintaining records of outstanding recovery amounts and developing effective recovery plans.
  • Coordinating recovery efforts and working closely with operations, finance, and marketing teams.
  • Preparing write-off cases and following up on them.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as good time management and organizational skills. They should also be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and clients.
