Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recovery Officer located in Lahore. The Recovery Officer will be responsible for managing and overseeing debt collection processes, analyzing financial data, and ensuring effective customer service. Daily tasks include contacting clients to discuss overdue payments, negotiating repayment plans, maintaining accurate records of financial transactions, and collaborating with other departments to resolve outstanding debts.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities
  • Experience in Debt Collection and Finance
  • Excellent Analytical Skills
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in an on-site environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
