Job Title: PHP Team Lead.

We are seeking an experienced PHP developer/programmer/software engineer to join our team as a Senior Team Lead. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of high-level web portals, social networking applications, mobile applications, and desktop software under defined timelines efficiently with standardized code.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leverage your programming/coding skills to develop/program/code high-level web portals, social networking applications, mobile applications, and desktop software under defined timelines efficiently with standardized code.
  2. Work closely with the design team to complete projects within strict time-frames.
  3. Maintain and improve existing codebases, ensuring they remain up-to-date and efficient.
  4. Develop/program/code frontend and backend coding with efficient database management and standardized programming.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies emerging around the world and implement CMS-based portals and application development.
  6. Cultivate a positive and inclusive team environment, guiding junior developers in their growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, preferably with PHP/MySQL/Windows/Linux/Unix-based frameworks and the latest development tools.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
