
Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Growth Specialist to spearhead our business expansion efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new sales opportunities. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing effective sales strategies that drive sustainable financial growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential partnership opportunities for Freelancing and E-Commerce projects
- Bid effectively on these opportunities to generate new business
- Develop a comprehensive growth strategy that balances financial gain with customer satisfaction
- Identify and target new markets and customer segments
- Negotiate and arrange meetings with prospective clients
- Promote our products/services to address or predict client objectives
- Prepare sales contracts while ensuring adherence to relevant laws and guidelines
- Monitor and maintain records of sales, revenue, and invoices
- Provide exceptional after-sales support and feedback to clients
- Foster long-term relationships with both new and existing customers
Skills
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, such as Business Development Manager or Sales Executive
- Proven ability to work in customer-facing roles, preferably with some experience in customer support
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, including tools like HubSpot
- Strong proficiency in English language
- Market knowledge and understanding of industry trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Able to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Effective time management and planning skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
