Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Specialist to oversee the quality inspection process for our leather jackets. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional quality at every stage of production.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Inspect leather materials, stitching, finishes, and fittings for defects and inconsistencies.
  2. Conduct pre-production and final inspections to meet industry standards.
  3. Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and provide actionable feedback.
  4. Maintain detailed records of inspections, quality issues, and corrective actions.
  5. Evaluate compliance with safety and environmental standards in the production process.
  6. Tutor and guide quality control staff to follow best practices in leather jacket production.

Requirements:

  1. 3+ years of experience in quality control within the leather garment industry.
  2. Thorough knowledge of leather materials, stitching techniques, and garment finishes.
  3. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  4. Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
  5. Familiarity with industry standards.
