Job Title: Remote Digital Assistant

We're seeking a highly motivated Remote Assistant to support our operations and expansion, overseeing website content, ensuring optimal SEO performance, implementing and managing SEO strategies, creating and managing digital marketing campaigns, growing and maintaining social media presence, developing engaging content, assisting in the recruitment process, conducting remote interviews via Zoom, communicating with clients, addressing queries and ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining basic bookkeeping records, and managing staff rosters and schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Website Management:
    • Oversee and update website content.
    • Ensure optimal SEO performance.
  • SEO and Digital Marketing:
    • Implement and manage SEO strategies.
    • Create and manage digital marketing campaigns.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Grow and maintain social media presence.
    • Develop engaging content.
  • Hiring and Recruitment:
    • Assist in recruitment process.
    • Conduct remote interviews via Zoom.
  • Client Coordination:
    • Communicate with clients.
    • Address queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Basic Bookkeeping and Scheduling:
    • Maintain basic bookkeeping records.
    • Manage staff rosters and schedules.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in website management and SEO.
  • Digital and social media marketing expertise.
  • Recruitment and remote interview experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
