Job Title: Strategic Growth Executive

In this role as a Strategic Growth Executive at Alliance Investments Management LLC, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth and optimizing operations through effective leadership and strategy execution.

About Us:

We manage multiple investments for retail investors, aiming to drive portfolio companies towards excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

Growth Strategy Development: Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and optimize operations.

Budget Optimization: Effectively allocate resources and minimize unnecessary expenses.

Policies and Procedures: Establish and maintain processes to ensure smooth operations and employee productivity.

Employee Engagement and Development: Foster a productive work environment and provide opportunities for employees to develop professionally and stay engaged.

Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment and training of new employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge.

Operational Performance Evaluation: Assess and improve operational performance to ensure alignment with business goals.

Employee Performance Management: Manage the process of evaluating employee performance and providing constructive feedback.

Regular Reporting: Provide regular reports to upper management on operational performance and areas for improvement.

Compliance and Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and promote a safe working environment.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have 10-12 years of post-education experience, with 5 years in sales and marketing. Managerial experience is preferred.

The candidate must be proficient in Urdu, English, and Arabic.
