We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating engaging content and have a deep understanding of YouTube marketing strategies, audience engagement, and content promotion.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the growth and success of our online presence by developing and implementing social media marketing strategies, creating and managing content calendars, engaging with our audience, and collaborating with content creators.

  • Develop and Implement Social Media Marketing Strategies: Increase online visibility and grow our subscriber base through data-driven insights and industry trends.
  • Create and Manage Content Calendars: Schedule posts and optimize content for various social media platforms, with a primary focus on YouTube.
  • Engage with Our Audience: Foster an active and loyal fan base through comments, messages, and other interactions.
  • Collaborate with Content Creators: Promote video releases, special events, and collaborations to increase reach and engagement.
  • Monitor and Analyze Channel Performance: Identify trends and use data to inform content and marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, and have proven experience in social media marketing, with a focus on YouTube. They should also have strong communication and writing skills, proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
