
IT Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruitment Specialist to lead our recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities- Lead IT requirements of clients, ensuring accountability and timely fulfillment.
- Manage the full life-cycle recruitment process, including interviews, offers, negotiations, and candidate closures.
- Sources and screens potential consultants through effective internal databases, job portals, postings, and networking.
- Coordinates fulfillment of formalities such as background checks, documentation, and post-placement joining.
- Develops strategies by understanding client requirements and mapping relevant targets.
- Publishes Management Information Systems (MIS) reports to management on a weekly basis.
- Remains updated on technologies related to client requirements and stays current with IT trends.
- Evaluates candidates against specific IT requirements using excellent screening skills.
- Experience in the full life-cycle of recruiting, including resume screening, interviewing, technical queries, and closing candidates.
- Excellent knowledge of internet-based recruiting tools, such as DICE, LinkedIn, Monster Worldwide, etc.
- Familiarity with US terms like W2, C2C (Corp to Corp), 1099, US Visas, etc.
- Understanding and experience in end-to-end US IT companies.
- Bench sales experience.
- Motivated, dedicated, and results-driven individual who can attain growth goals.
- Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office products, such as Excel, Word, MS Outlook, and MS PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques and an understanding of IT job requirements and skills.
