We are seeking an exceptional HR Manager to join our organization. To achieve our goals, we need a skilled professional to lead our human resources department.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruiting software developers, specifically iOS, Ruby on Rails, Android, Yii/PHP developers, sales and marketing teams. The role requires:
- Recruiting developers through personal networks, LinkedIn, and advertising
- Determining employment classification based on skills and experience
- Providing recommendations on appropriate pay levels
- Facilitating training and learning opportunities for our staff
- Providing regular reporting to senior management
- Managing general office and administration tasks
The successful candidate will:
- Understand technology, technical roles, technical skills, and the technology in use
- Keep candidates engaged by building credibility and keeping them informed
- Plan, develop, and implement a recruitment and hiring strategy, including policies and procedures, discipline, grievance, counseling, compensation and benefits, contracts, training and development, succession planning, motivation, culture and attitude development, performance management, and quality management issues
- Liaise with other functional/departmental heads to understand HR development needs and ensure they are informed of HR objectives, purpose, and achievements
- Develop and maintain healthy relationships with academic institutions to secure timely and swift supply of quality human resources
- Develop and utilize metrics to evaluate HR's contributions to achieving organizational strategic goals and objectives
- Align the organization's human capital management plan with its strategic plan
- Participate in enterprise risk management by examining HR policies to evaluate potential risks to the organization
- Strategically apply integrated technical tools and systems, including HRIS, performance management tools, applicant tracking, compensation tools, and employee self-service technologies
- Plan for employee performance appraisal; develop tools for appraisal, job evaluation, and development
- Manage in-house training programs for technical and non-technical staff
- Plan and organize quarterly events to achieve desired objectives
- Manage payroll, disability, maternity, benevolent, bonuses, and increments
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
- Understanding of technology and IT industry
- Degree in Human Resource Management
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize daily tasks
- Ability to work under pressure and changing work tasks
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments
