Employer Branding Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Marketer to develop and implement our Employer Branding strategies.

Falak Immigration Services Inc. is a leading immigration services provider that is looking for an experienced professional to promote our open roles and establish strong relationships with client companies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing client companies through regular calls and online communication mediums.
  • Candidate Profile Development: Create targeted candidate profiles that align with the requirements of client companies, ensuring effective job matching.
  • Recruitment Process Support: Guide candidates through the recruitment process, optimizing our techniques to secure successful placements.
  • Pipeline Management: Foster long-term relationships with client companies, maintaining a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Candidate and Employer Facilitation: Coordinate agreements between candidates and employers, building influential relationships with both parties.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree or equivalent, with 1-3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources or Digital Marketing. Prior experience in HR is preferred.

Requirements:
