Dukan.pk is seeking an accomplished Key Account Manager to spearhead our business expansion initiatives. This role is pivotal in identifying and cultivating new opportunities to onboard retail merchants onto our platform.
Key Responsibilities:- New Business Development: Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with retail store owners, brands, and distributors to onboard them onto our Raast-based QR payment solutions.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to stay informed about trends, customer needs, and new channels for growth.
- Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through direct outreach, partnership networking, and relationship building.
- Sales Leadership: Lead end-to-end sales efforts, including prospecting, pitching, conducting follow-ups, and closing deals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business goals.
- Performance Analysis: Regularly track, report, and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for optimization and strategy improvement.
- Industry Representation: Represent Dukan.pk at industry events to promote our vision and solutions.
This role requires a proactive approach, combined with expert negotiation skills, to drive the continuous growth and success of our business.
