Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Project Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the project, ensuring that all objectives and milestones are met.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project strategies, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with Local Government Department and Public Health Engineering Department at the district level, promoting collaborative efforts for program success.
  • Supervise and lead field teams, ensuring high-quality work outputs in flood-affected districts, specifically in Mirpur Khas.
  • Prepare and disseminate regular project updates, including progress reports and financial statements.
  • Facilitate project implementation meetings, promoting open communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of project processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize project outcomes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting, compiling internal and external reports in accordance with contractual agreements.
  • Manage project finances, monitoring budgets and cash flows to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Present project outcomes and progress to various stakeholders, utilizing compelling narratives and data-driven insights.
  • Develop and implement effective project methodologies, maximizing inputs and verifiable results.
Requirements
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office applications, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills in English language, with ability to communicate effectively in local languages as well.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating agility and flexibility in response to changing priorities and deadlines.
