Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Truck Route Coordinator. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and have prior experience in customer service and/or dispatching.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate truck routes based on customer orders, delivery deadlines, and driver availability.
  • Communicate with drivers to provide instructions, updates, and support throughout the delivery process.
  • Monitor shipment progress and address any issues or delays proactively to minimize disruptions.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer service and/or dispatching, preferably in the transportation industry.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, drivers, and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including dispatching software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours as needed.
