Job Title: Night Shift Customer Service Expert

A dynamic and customer-focused individual is required to provide exceptional service to clients via phone calls during the night shift. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively communicate with customers, respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering and responding to customer inquiries and complaints via phone calls.
  • Providing top-notch customer service by actively listening to customers and offering prompt and accurate solutions.
  • Demonstrating excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  • Updating customer information and call logs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (fresh graduates preferred)
  • Fluency in English (USA Region)
  • Expertise in load boards and mailing calling API software

Additional Responsibilities for Truck Dispatcher:

  • Scheduling drivers for freight deliveries and pickups.
  • Communicating with customers about freight details, delivery or pickup times, and special handling requests.
  • Planning routes and adjusting as needed.
  • Maintaining records of calls, routes, and delivery times.
