Job Title: Medical Officer Obstetrics and Gynaecology

The Aga Khan University Hospital is a not-for-profit healthcare institute that offers all medical services to their patients under one roof.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide patient care in inpatient and outpatient areas
  • Perform common procedures under supervision of physicians
  • Exhibit sense of direction in clinical judgment and justify on scientific basis
  • Display procedural skills in assistance and/or independently (where applicable), display the prudence and precaution that avoids potential complications.
  • Display effective and relevant documentation with quality record keeping of clinical notes, progress notes, operating notes and potential complications.
  • Avoid mishap, delays or lapses in care by demonstrating good communication skill
Requirements:
  • MBBS degree, MCPS (at least traineeship completed) will be preferred
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in clinical settings
  • Valid license from Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work in shift duties
  • Willingness to work at different locations.
