Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing the Inpatient area, providing clinical and administrative support.
  • Teach and mentor new staff to ensure quality patient care.
  • Meet consultants to discuss patient care issues and implement improvements.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
  • Assess patient care trends, plan unit management, and ensure resource availability.
  • Propose Quality Improvement initiatives and implement changes in nursing practices.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited school and a valid Professional Nurse Certificate (PNC).
  • American Health Association certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), preferably with Instructor post-basic course in at least one clinical specialty.
  • At least three years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in critical care areas.
  • In-depth knowledge of nursing policies and processes.
  • Good interpersonal skills, particularly communication skills.
  • Excellent ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
