Embark on a challenging role as Head of Sales and Marketing, where you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing sales team and expand the department to contribute to the company's growth.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • IDentify target clients/areas and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by continuously monitoring achievement of sales targets.
  • Identify prospective customers, increase business by following up on potential leads.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with new and existing clients, key industry players and vendors, keep them satisfied and promote future business opportunities and referrals.
  • Evaluate local market conditions, identify current and prospective sales opportunities and develop forecasts and business plans on a monthly basis.
  • Actively seek out and set up meetings with potential new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
  • Manage the communication of the organization with clients via means like emails, telephones, and social media.
