  • Ensure that engineering practices, including CI/CD, code quality, and security standards, are maintained at the highest level.">
  • Drive the technical roadmap and align architectural decisions with both business strategy and client needs, serving as a key technical advisor. Lead complex technical discussions with both internal teams and external stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable technical solutions.">
  • Embrace and promote a consulting mindset, acting as a technical expert who advises clients on innovative, scalable solutions that deliver measurable business value.">
  • Stay updated on new technologies and trends to continuously improve technical skills.">
  • Mentor and guide engineers, fostering technical growth across teams, and maintaining a culture of learning and innovation.">
  • Play a key role in the recruitment process, interviewing and selecting top technical talent for the organization, ensuring both technical and cultural fit.">
  • Act as focal point of contact for technical issues for specific work streams across multiple projects.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Bachelors/Master's degree in CS/Software Engineering or related discipline.">
  • 5-7 years of experience in developing n-tier applications.">
  • Experience in .Net along with ASP.NET framework, SQL Server, front-end frameworks (ANY), and Kafka & Kubernetes skills valuable.">
  • 3-4 years of experience in AWS.">
  • Excellent programming and analytical skills with knowledge of design patterns.">
  • Strong Object-oriented design and understanding of system architecture.">
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.">
  • Knowledge on AI is preferred.">
