Key Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging ads for our platform
  • Manage customer inquiries with exceptional communication skills
  • Maintain accurate records of postings and ensure high-quality control
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily ad posting targets
Requirements:
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and internet proficiency
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts is a plus
  • Matriculation or graduation from a recognized institution
  • Prior experience in customer service is advantageous but not required
