YP2G Pakistan - is currently looking for Call Centre Sales Managers for its outbound Call Centre. The role is a hands-on position where sales targets and performance are paramount. The positions are diverse and highly responsible, encompassing all areas of Call Centre Management – from recruitment, training, and motivation of a telesales team to achieving and surpassing company sales objectives.

Scope of Work:

Drive, manage, develop, and coordinate the open enrollment of university students, recent graduates, and young employed/unemployed professionals in Pakistan into YP2G online courses by utilizing lead nurturing mechanisms.

  • Ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability of the program.
  • Responsible for proper financial functions and smooth operation of the program.
  • Maintain client relations and develop business growth by introducing existing and new contacts within the education industry and nurturing resulting relationships for business generation.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate a team of telemarketers continuously to achieve sales targets within the allocated time and budget.
  • Generate ideas and organize competitions to motivate staff and increase sales volume.
  • Ensure adherence to Admin, Finance, and HR policies.
  • Develop business strategies and tactics aligned with YP2G's goals and objectives.
  • Create operational, financial, and marketing plans and forecasts.
  • Monitor weekly performance of telemarketers and programs to meet YP2G's goals and profit margins.
  • Conduct effective recruitment, training, and management of staff and telemarketers.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Minimum of three years' experience in outbound telemarketing, including at least one year in a team leader or supervisor role.
  • Strong leadership skills with a positive "Can Do" attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
