Job Title: Senior Financial Leadership PositionWe are seeking an experienced professional for a senior financial leadership position.About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Vice President Finance. As a key member of our finance function, you will play a critical role in driving our financial strategy and ensuring the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain accurate financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions.
  2. Financial Control: Ensure effective financial control processes are in place, including general ledger management, period-end submissions, and reporting activities.
  3. Compliance: Drive adherence to internal accounting policies and regulatory standards, including IFRS and Ind-AS.
  4. Working Capital Management: Partner with leadership to optimize working capital and improve cash flow.
  5. Tax Compliance: Support the tax team in full compliance with Indian direct and indirect tax regulations.
  6. Financial Reporting: Prepare quarterly Board finance packs with key financial and operational insights.
