Financial Transactions Specialist

Responsibilities:- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivable and payable data.
- Maintain accurate financial records by monitoring, analyzing, and reconciling accounts.
- Prepare financial statements and reports to assess financial status.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Support internal and external audit processes, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and present findings to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
- Provide support to the accounting team in handling payroll, taxation, and other financial duties.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in financial regulations.
- Proven work experience as an Accounts Specialist or similar role in the automotive industry, preferably with 2 years of experience.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in financial software and MS Office, including advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
