About This Role

We are looking for an accomplished software engineer with a passion for building scalable web applications using Python and React. As a key member of our team, you will design, develop, and maintain complex web applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the entire software development lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Create robust, efficient, and well-maintained web applications using Python (Django) and React.js.
  2. Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  3. Develop and implement automated tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
  4. Optimize applications for optimal performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
  5. Resolve technical issues across the stack and participate in code reviews to share knowledge with the team.

Requirements

  1. 4–6 years of professional experience in software development.
  2. Strong experience with Python frameworks such as Django.
  3. Expertise in React.js and front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  4. Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
  5. Proficient with Git and collaborative workflows (e.g., GitFlow).
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  7. Experience working in Agile/Scrum development processes.

Bonus Qualifications

  1. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
  2. Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  3. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  4. Understanding of testing frameworks (e.g., pytest, Jest, React Testing Library).
  5. Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API) and component-based architecture.
